  • AdJuggler, Inc. v. ADJOG.COM, Case No. 08-5627 RJB (U.S.D.Ct. W.D. Wash.) –Obtained judgment ordering transfer of domain name and awarding client its attorney’s fees and costs of suit.
  • Edible Communities, Inc. v. Harris et al., Case No. 3:08cv0024 (U.S.D. Ct. W.D. Va.) –Obtained stipulated permanent injunction and final consent judgment in favor of the plaintiff in trademark and copyright action.
  • FastServers, Inc. v. EFASTSERVERS.COM, Case No. C07-1117JLR (U.S.D. Ct. W. D. Wash.) –Obtained judgment ordering transfer of domain name and imposing costs on defendant.
  • Acoustics First Corporation v. Field, Lake & Sky, LLC et al., Civil Action No. 07-CV-1414-JLK (U.S. D.Ct. D. Colo.) –Obtained transfer of disputed domain name to plaintiff.
  • Sugartown Worldwide, Inc. d/b/a Lilly Pulitzer v. Cathy Daniels, Ltd. et al., Case No. 03-80102- MIDDLEBROOKS (U.S.D.Ct. S.D. Fla. – West Palm Beach Div.) –Obtained final consent judgment, damages and permanent injunctive relief for copyright infringement of apparel fabric designs.
  • Sugartown Worldwide, Inc. d/b/a Lilly Pulitzer v. Burlington Coat Factory Warehouse Corporation, Civil Action No. 03-1700 (U.S.D.Ct. E.D. Pa.) –Obtained permanent injunction and consent judgment for copyright infringement of apparel fabric design coupled with destruction of infringing apparel.
  • Car-Freshner Corporation et al. v. In-Mar Trading, Inc. et al., Case No. 2002-2660-CCC (U.S.D.Ct. D.P.R.) –Obtained TRO, seizure, preliminary injunction and final consent judgment in trademark counterfeiting action involving product configuration trademarks.
  • Sugartown Worldwide, Inc. d/b/a Lilly Pulitzer v. Jo-Ann Stores, Inc. et al., Case No. 01-8258-CIV HURLEY (U.S.D.Ct. S.D. Fla. – West Palm Beach Div.) –Obtained final consent judgment of copyright infringement of apparel fabric designs.
  • Sugartown Worldwide, Inc. d/b/a Lilly Pulitzer v. David Textiles, Inc. et al., Civil Action No. 01-2171 (U.S.D.Ct. E.D. Pa. – Philadelphia Div.) –Obtained final consent judgment of copyright infringement of apparel fabric designs.
  • MCI Communications Corp. v. Technology Advancement Group, Inc. et al., Civil Action No. 02-182-A (U.S.D.Ct. E.D. Va. 2002) –Obtained permanent injunction and final consent order, in trademark infringement and ACPA action, requiring transfer of 229 domain names, assignment of infringing service mark application, and enjoining future use of any confusingly similar domain name or mark.
  • Car-Freshner Corporation et al. v. Rite Way Wholesale & Distributor, Inc. et al., Civil Action No. CV-02-5074 (FB) (U.S.D.Ct. E.D.N.Y. 2002) –Obtained consent judgment and permanent injunction enjoining importation and distribution of counterfeit air fresheners and ordering destruction of infringing merchandise.
  • Levitt Homes, Inc. v. Life Investment Family Estate Ltd., Civil Action No. 9:2002 CV 80251 (U.S.D.Ct. S.D.Fla. 2002) –Obtained permanent injunction and final consent judgment in trademark infringement and unfair competition action ordering defendants to change name of residential housing development.
  • Overnite Transportation Company v. International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Civil Action No. 00-120-A (U.S.D.Ct. E.D.VA – Alexandria Div.) –Obtained transfer of disputed domain name in ACPA action.
  • Sugartown Worldwide, Inc. v. David Textiles, Inc. et al, Civil Action No. 01-CV-2171 U.S.D.Ct. (E.D.Pa.) –Obtained stipulated permanent injunction and final consent judgment in copyright infringement action involving apparel designs.
  • Sugartown Worldwide, Inc. v. Jo-Ann Stores, Inc. et al, Civil Action No. 01-8258-CIV. HURLEY (U.S.D.Ct. S.D. Fla.) –Obtained permanent injunction and final consent judgment in copyright infringement action involving multiple apparel designs.
  • Otomix v. Century Martial Arts, Civil Action No. 5:1997cv01515 (U.S.D.Ct. W.D.Ok. 1999) –Prepared trade dress infringement action for trial, resulting in favorable settlement.
  • Gerig v. Krause Publications, Inc., Civil Action No. 98-1043 JTM (U.S.D.Ct. D. Kansas) –Defended copyright infringement action in which court struck plaintiff’s claim for statutory damages and attorney’s fees.
  • Krause Publications, Inc. v. Harry Rinker et al., Civil Action No. 98-C-1100 (U.S.D.Ct. E.D.Wisc.) –In copyright infringement action, established personal jurisdiction over out-of-state defendant based on Internet contacts.
  • Terk Technologies Corp. v. Cais, Inc. et al, Civil Action No. 98 CV 5942 (U.S.D.Ct. E.D.N.Y.) –Prepared defendants’ 12(b)(2), 12(b)(3) and 12(b)(6) motions in patent infringement action.
  • Stavo Industries, Inc. v. Gusmer Enterprises, Inc., Civil Action No. 99-CV-0573 (U.S.D.Ct. E.D.N.Y.) –Obtained favorable settlement in trademark infringement action.
  • Big O Tires, Inc. v. Galaxy Tire & Wheel, Inc., Civil Action No. 98-WM-2340 (U.S.D.Ct. D. Colo.) –Obtained settlement in trademark infringement/cancellation action requiring defendant to cease all use of the mark and to surrender registration for cancellation.
  • Eden Hadden & Co. v. Sumitomo Trust & Banking Co., 16 USPQ2d 1187 (4th Cir. 1990) –Assisted in obtaining reversal of district court’s denial of equitable remedy of disgorgement for breach of non-circumvention agreement.
